AndreaAhl.com is only to be used for viewing by individuals looking to book Andrea Ahl and her associates for services.  Images found on AndreaAhl.com are not to be copied and used on other sites. Information contained on Andrea Ahl's website is intended only for potential clients.

 

Scheduling on AndreaAhl.com does not guarantee an appointment. Appointments are approved on a per case basis and availability. Andrea Ahl reserves the right to decline any request, but will consider each request.  If you are booking from the website a 50% deposit will be applied.

 

Payments are due upon receipt of service via debit, credit or cash. Other payment methods may be considered. If a check is provided and is returned a $65 service fee will be added. If an invoice is provided for commercial services, it is due upon receipt.  If invoices are not paid within 30 days an 8% fee will be added and an additional 8% will be added each 30 days the invoice is unpaid.  If you are requesting bridal services, a retainer of 50% is due at the booking and full payment must be received 30 days prior to the event booking.  If there is a cancelation, a 100% refund will be provided 30 days prior and a 50% refund will be provided up to 2 weeks from the event date scheduled.  If you are within the 2 week window, refunds will be considered, but not guaranteed.  

 

Some images on the website are created with other artists and Andrea reserves the right to use the images to represent her art.  All artists will not be listed but Andrea will provide names of the artists included upon request.

 

Andrea Ahl reserves the right to change pricing and services available at any time so listing on the site may not be guaranteed or accurate at the time of viewing.

Andrea Ahl reserves the right to cancel or decline services to any client for any reason without refund of service.
